The Primary objectives of this Institute are

The Institute of Judicial Training Training and Research, U.P. saw the light in 1986, although it became functional on April 25,1987. Hon'ble Mr. Justice K.N. Goyal (Retd.) was it's first director (Honorary). The institute was established with the main aim to provide induction training and in-service training to the Judicial Officers of U.P., so as to make the subordinate judiciary more skilled, sensitive and responsible.
