In Issue No. XXIX of the Journal
the name of the esteemed author of the article ‘Principles of
Penology/Sentencing Policy’ was inadvertantly mentioned as
‘Hon’ble Mr. Justice D.P. Singh, Judge, Allahabad High Court’
instead of the correct and complete name ‘Hon’ble Mr. Justice
Devi Prasad Singh, Judge, Allahabad High Court, Lucknow Bench’.
The mistake is deeply regretted.
